Data Deletion Request

If you are a guest

If a hotel's WhatsApp line has contacted you and you want your data deleted, there are two ways to do it:

1. Directly over WhatsApp

Reply DELETE MY DATA to the number that messaged you. Your request is passed to the hotel and to us.

2. By email

Write to iletisim@stayai.net. So that we can verify your identity, please state:

The name of the hotel
The phone number you messaged from
The approximate dates of your stay

The hotel is the data controller. When we receive your request we inform the hotel and delete your record with the hotel's confirmation. Time limit: 30 days at the latest. We confirm the outcome to you in writing.

If you are a hotel

You can delete an individual guest from the panel: Guests → select the guest → Delete. This permanently removes the guest's conversation history, requests and contact details.

To have your entire account deleted, write to iletisim@stayai.net. All of your data is deleted within 30 days; on request we will send you an export beforehand.

What gets deleted

Name, phone number, room and stay details
All conversation history and message content
Order, reservation, work order and feedback records

Accounting records subject to a statutory retention obligation, if any, are kept for the period prescribed by law; those records contain no message content.
